When will I receive a proof?

You'll receive a proof through an Etsy message within 24 hours during regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4:30 pm EST on Friday, may not receive a proof until Monday.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of my products, refunds are not provided. If you have any issues with your stamp, please send me a message! I will do my best to make things right.

Refunds are not provided in the event of a wedding or special event being canceled.

Can I order a fully custom stamp?

I'm happy to personalize the wording on my stamps for no additional charge, but I don't offer fully custom stamp design services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders are processed shortly after receiving payment and/ or proof approval. If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. If your stamp has already moved to production, a cancellation (or refund) cannot be issued.

Help, I found a typo!

All orders are given the option of receiving a complimentary proof for you to review before your stamp moves to production.

Take your time looking over the proof to see if there are any errors, typos, misspelled names, wrong numbers, etc. before approving your proof.

If you notice a typo before you've approved the proof, please let me know and I'll be happy to send a revised proof.

If you notice a typo after the proof has been approved, I will be unable to make any corrections as it's likely already moved to production. Hello Love Co. Press is not responsible for any typos that are found after the proof has been approved by you. Please review the proof carefully!

Can I see a proof before I order?

An optional proof is available once an order has been placed. If you would like to receive a proof with your order, please select the option to receive a proof from the dropdown menu in the stamp's listing. The proof will be sent to you through an Etsy message within 24 hours during regular business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
