Custom and personalised orders
RETURNS:
Due to the personalised nature of our wedding stationery and custom made orders we do not accept any returns on these items.
Any errors made on our behalf or any damage to the item when received or in transit will of course be replaced or reimbursed.
If you have changed your mind on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and as long as work hasn't started on your order we will of course refund your order.
Once work has started on your order and design proof within a day or so of placing the order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
