I do not generally accept returns and exchanges, due to the fact that everything I make is completely custom. But, if I made a mistake with your order please let me know and I will try to fix it.

Returns and exchange details
I try my best to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.PLEASE measure your dog carefully, according to my instructions! Most of my items are not adjustable (unless otherwise specified)! If you measure incorrectly, I can’t always fix it. As each item is custom made, refunds are not offered. If a product arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days to discuss options.

Everything I make is handmade carefully, but still there might be some slight variations between items. All items are custom but if wish for additional personalization or customization, simply message me through Etsy and I will be more than happy to work with you.

If your measured per my instructions per each individual listing, this should not be an issue.
But if the collar arrives and it’s too big, due to incorrect measuring, please message me and we might be able to work something out.
If its too small again due to incorrect measuring it is unfortunately very difficult or near impossible to fix. In this case the best option is to reorder, but please always message us first, we will be more then happy to help you.

BioThane:
Step 1: Rinse Gently
Step 2: Apply mild detergent to stubborn areas
Step 3: Gently scrub with an old tooth brush
Step 4: Rinse gently & Towel dry.
Remeber to always check over your hardware after prolonged use.

Decals:
Clean with a damp cloth, DO NOT scrape or peel this will damage your decal.

Paracord:
Step 1: Wash with warm water (regular machine settings are fine, NO HOT WATER)
Step 2: Air Dry, DO NOT place in the dryer this will shrink the paracord.
Always check your collar for any wear or tear.
