I especially love the world map and the space for photos and personal notes. It makes looking back on your travels even more special! This would also make such a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves traveling and making memories. Definitely something to treasure for years to come!

Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
We begin making orders promptly and therefore cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
This includes changes to custom options and/or personalisation.

Do you supply proofs?
Proofs are not provided as standard.
They may be supplied for bespoke orders or where this has been agreed with us prior to purchase.

Can I request a bespoke design or something different?
Absolutely! We create our products in our studio and can often accommodate bespoke requests, including custom designs, sizes or other changes.

Can I return my order?
Non-personalised items may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
Items that have been personalised or made to a customer-specific specification may not be eligible for return or cancellation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary by product and are shown within each listing.
Your estimated delivery date is displayed by Etsy at checkout and includes our processing time plus the estimated delivery time for your selected shipping service.
Please remember that delivery dates are estimates and delays with postal services or customs are outside our control.
Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes. Where available, faster tracked shipping options can be selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping times begin after dispatch and do not reduce the processing time required to make your order.
What shipping services do you use?
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services:
Free standard shipping - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (a 2-3 day service)
Tracked 24 - Royal Mail Tracked 24
International services vary depending on the destination and options available at checkout.
For some destinations we use Royal Mail DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) services, where applicable duties and taxes are paid in advance.
If you’d like to know whether DDP is available for your particular delivery address, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to check.
