Do you offer bulk pricing?
We offer bulk pricing on almost all of our products! Please send us a message with your desired product and quantity to receive a custom quote with our current rates.
Can I provide my own design for engraving?
Absolutely! Just send us your logo, artwork, or text through Etsy messages or email us at henkleengraving@gmail.com and we'll create a digital mockup for your approval before engraving. Please ensure your files are of the highest resolution possible, no smaller than 1000x1000 pixels (if image files, eg. JPG or PNG), or preferably send SVG or EPS files whenever possible.
How long does engraving typically take?
Most custom orders are completed within 3-5 business days (or sooner) after the customer approves their design mockup. For larger orders, please allow extra processing time. Need it sooner? Reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Will I get to see a preview before you engrave?
Yes! We always provide a digital mockup for your approval to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the design before production.
Is the engraving dishwasher safe?
Yes, our engravings are permanent, dishwasher safe, and won't fade or peel over time.
Can you engrave both sides of the tumbler?
Definitely! We offer double-sided engraving. Add the Double-Sided Engraving Upgrade to your cart (one for each cup or tumbler) or contact us directly for a custom order.
What if I want a font that's not listed?
No problem! Let us know which font you're interested in, and we’ll work to accommodate your request.
