The design I asked to engrave on the ring was very carefully crafted and Erol made sure to send updates and pictures to show how the piece was coming along. Shipment was perfect and arrived on time. Hera/Erol's shop was a bit pricier but his communication before i even placed the order was pleasantly surprising. he gave me all the advise of ring size and material before purchase. After, purchase the service got even better. His communication throughout the process was 20/10. he provided mock ups of realistic design options and the execution is jaw dropping. I was on a tight deadline and Erol made sure to deliver well before then. This custom ring means so much to us since its for my father-in-law's 60th birthday. i could not have pictures a better ring and a better person to create this. Erol truly has a gift and his customer service just makes it soooo much better. Worth every penny and then some! Thank you so much, truly!

Prioritized during the making! All our products are custom made by hand.
Does it tarnish?
No. We have gold-filled options available. They will last for a very long time, can be worn daily and won’t tarnish with proper use.
What face sizes are available for rings?
Our rings are available in Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large face sizes.
How's the quality of your silver?
We use only authentic, certified and non-allergenic sterling silver, hallmarked 925, and our rings have solid backs (not hollowed).
Do you provide a gift box?
Yes. All items are delivered in a pretty, sturdy gift box, so they can be gifted as is.
Any discount for bulk orders?
Absolutely! Additional discounts are available on bulk purchases, even for 2 items!
How about delivery?
All items take 1 to 3 business days to make & ship, and for orders above $35, free delivery is provided worldwide within 1 to 3 business days via express mail. Please note that carriers may rarely experience delays due to the pandemic.
Is it Covid-free?
Of course. Rest assured about that. No one at the workshop has tested positive so far thanks to our precautions, and every item, gift box, bubble wrap, and packaging is heavily disinfected before they're shipped. There's a strict zero-touch policy after disinfection.
