Shipping and Processing of Orders
Orders are processed and shipped out in the order they were placed. Most of the time, orders are processed within nine business days. When ordering, you will see an expected delivery date. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us. International orders may be subject to an order hold per consumer protection laws.
Four shipping options offer a variety of delivery dates. "Fast Shipping" provides for priority processing of your order. "Faster Shipping" ensures your order is processed within three days and will arrive quickly, with USPS Priority Mail. "Fastest Shipping" leverages the fastest shipping option available to your address, often with next-day processing.
Packaging and Labeling of Shipments
The majority of our products that are flat are typically sent in small economy envelopes or mailers. Other products may include branded padded mailers or other branded packaging.
The packaging of your order may vary depending upon what your order contains. Please note that not all orders include branded packaging, and packaging may vary over time and may change and is not guaranteed to match review photos. Orders (including gift orders) may include branded or printed labels or envelopes as part of their packaging unless specifically requested via a message with your order.
