SHIPPED ITEMS: Replacements and Refunds
We send a message with all orders shipped to inspect your item immediately upon receiving package. If damaged from shipping please message us with photos of packaging and the product. A replacement will ship out right away.
In the event that the package is not immediately opened prior to event and was damaged we cannot offer a refund for any custom orders. All custom orders are final after a proof has been sent to you for review. The order can no longer be canceled.
An order can only be canceled and refunded if the proof has not yet been created. Please message us immediately to cancel as we do create your proofs quickly to insure a timely turnaround.
Where can I print my digital file?
Your digital file can be printed at home, at a local photo lab or at any professional printer or office store. For best results, print on heavy card stock paper or photo paper. All files should be printed on paper with a white background.

PLEASE NOTE: Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All computer monitors display color differently as well as all printers print differently.
Can I use my file to send digitally?
Yes, of course! Simply Download your file as a JPG and send as you wish.
REFUNDS and CANCELATIONS
Due to the nature of this product, digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.

Can I edit all text?
On our editable items, most items include full editing capabilities for text. Please refer to the "Item Description" It will tell you exactly which item is editable and which item is non-editable.
