5 out of 5 starsBeautiful moss and a lot of it! Shipping was incredibly fast and the seller reached out to me as soon as I purchased it to thank me! Definitely freshly harvested so it needs washing/sanitizing if you're going to use it in a terrarium but it's still Beautiful

• Wild-harvested products are not eligible for return or refund.
All other returns accepted under specific conditions as follow:
• We must be contacted within 5 days of delivery to begin the return claim.
• Return item(s) must be post marked within 10 days of delivery.
• Item(s) must be returned in original condition, with all of its original contents and packaging.
• Return shipping cost is at buyers' expense. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. HZB is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
