Returns & Exchanges Information
Honey Bear Pages does not accept any returns, or exchanges. Because the items sold in our shop are personalized, custom items we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancelations. We ask that you please contact us if you have an issue with you order as we are happy to help and want to make it right.

Please ensure that the information entered in the personalization box is accurate as this is what will be printed. However, if we make a mistake, we will fix it and reprint/ship at no charge to you. (This is only for items where a proof was note included. - if a proof is included and errors are not caught, we will reprint for a small redo charge)

Proofs:
For invitations, Christmas cards, and Class sheets, proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days. Additional edits after the first proof will be $4.

Custom Orders:
We LOVE to customize invitations, gift tags, Christmas Cards, Birth Announcements, and more. Please message us if you have more questions about this!

Digital Files:
If purchasing a digital file of any kind, this is for your personal use only. No commercial use is allowed. Do not alter or change the design in anyway.

Designs:
Any designs created belong to Honey Bear Pages, and can be used as samples within our business. This includes photos and design. All personal information would of course be changed such as address or phone number to protect your privacy.

Shipping Information:
For items such as enclosure cards, stickers, etc. we will ship USPS first class mail, we also ship USPS Priority Mail for heavier items. We do not ship our products internationally
