Etsy can take up to several minutes to process your order. Once your payment has processed your file(s) will be ready to download.

You can access your file(s) by clicking on your Etsy account > Purchases/Reviews > and then Download Files on the purchase you wish to download. You will also receive an email with a link to the download.

Our mockups and color charts are created using real products and real photography. We do not sell AI-generated mockups.

We photograph real products and carefully edit our images with the goal of keeping colors as true-to-life as possible. Because our mockups are made from real photos, they include natural details like fabric texture, shadows, folds, and realistic styling.

We believe your designs deserve to be shown on mockups that feel authentic and trustworthy, so you will not find AI-generated mockups or color charts in our shop.

Color accuracy is one of our top priorities at Honeycomb Mockups. Our mockups are photographed using professional equipment and carefully edited with the goal of keeping shirt colors as true-to-life as possible.

Because colors can look different from screen to screen, please keep in mind that monitor calibration, screen brightness, device settings, lighting, fabric texture, and manufacturer color variations can all affect how a color appears.

We do our very best to provide realistic, color-conscious mockups, but colors may not appear exactly the same on every device or in every setting.

Our mockup files can be used in most photo editing programs. We personally love using Photoshop and Canva, but you're welcome to use whichever program works best for you.

Your purchase includes a personal and commercial use license for displaying and marketing your own finished product designs.

• You may add your design, text, logo, shop name, and/or watermark to our mockups and color charts. You may also crop, rotate, or edit out the brand tag as needed.

• You may use the finished image in your Etsy shop, website, social media, ads, email marketing, and other business platforms to promote your own products or designs.

• Transfer/wholesale vendors may add their designs and watermarks to our mockups and share the finished, flattened JPEG images with their customers for product promotion. Original, blank, or editable mockup files may not be shared or redistributed.

• You may not share, resell, redistribute, gift, upload, or claim our original mockups, color charts, templates, or digital files as your own.

• Blank mockups or color charts may not be posted online as-is. Please add your design, logo, watermark, or shop name first.

• You may not alter the original mockup beyond the allowed uses. This includes changing colors, garments, props, or backgrounds.

• You may not upload or use our images or files in AI tools to recreate, modify, regenerate, or create new images or products based on our original work. This includes using our images as references, prompts, or training material.

We are always happy to hear mockup requests and suggestions! While we may not be able to create every request, we do keep customer ideas in mind when planning future mockups, bundles, brands, colors, and seasonal collections.
