We’re really sorry if that happens! Please send us a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away – either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No, you won’t! We fully cover all customs duties and taxes so you don’t have to worry about anything extra. You only pay the price you see at checkout. Etsy automatically collects any local taxes where required.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is completely free on every order, worldwide! We’ll deliver your stickers straight to your door at no extra cost.
Can I return the stickers if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return unused stickers within 14 days. Please message us first so we can help arrange the return. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
