Frequently asked questions
I can't find my download
Sometimes I offer links to download the files. I do this because Etsy does not support uploading more than 5 files per listing. So in order to offer a set of prints(2,3,6) I have to use external storage like Dropbox.
In this case, there will be no images for you to download here on Esty, instead, there will be a PDF or txt file. It contains a link/links that will take you to download the files you purchased.
You don't need a dropbox account to download my files. Just follow the link in the PDF or txt file.
Returns on digital items
I only accept returns when no files has been downloaded/ text files with links to download.
