Frequently asked questions
What kind of paper do you recommend for printing?
Heavyweight, matte photo paper or smooth card stock works great for all of my printables. You can find quality paper at office supply stores and big box stores like Target. If you prefer a semi-gloss or glossy look, glossy photo paper will work well with my photographic printables.
👉 Be sure to disable automatic color correction in your print settings. If you're using a professional рrint service, please instruct them not to apply color correction. This is particularly important with my animal prints on white backgrounds.
Where can I download my purchased files?
Instant delivery! Your purchased files are available automatically once payment has cleared at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you need another size or are having issues downloading, please send me a convo and I'll help ASAP.
If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find this email - and please send me a conv if you're still unable to locate it 💕
👉 Please note that the Etsy app on your mobile or tablet devices does not allow download functionality. You can still download your files to your device, though, by opening up your Etsy account in your device's internet BROWSER and navigating to You > Purchase and Reviews.
Where else can I рrint my files? Can I print on canvas?
You're welcome to рrint your files at any service of your choice! Any photo printing service will work - all of my files are RGB high-resolution files, just like the photos on your phone or camera. :) One of the great things about purchasing printables is that you can print on any material you choose, such as matte or glossy paper, card stock, canvas, wood, metal, etc.
