How do I receive it?
We will send you a high resolution JPEG file to your email. If you need a different format let us know.
Can I request my portrait to be horizontal?
Absolutely! Final drawings will be in square shape by default. Feel free to specify specific dimensions if required.
Can you work with more than one picture?
Definitely! More pictures are great, just make sure to specify how you’d like your portrait to be drawn including pose, outfits and hairstyle and we will let you know if it's doable.
When should I expect my proof?
We will send it to you in the next 3-4 days, with your artwork proof attached. Note that during large holidays (Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day etc.) it can take longer than usual, but we do our best to get it out to you in this time range.
Can you draw from separate pictures?
Definitely! We can draw characters together from separate photos. Please provide photos in the desired pose, hairstyle and outfits, let us know how you’d like your portrait to be drawn and we will let you know if it's doable.
Do you offer refunds?
As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.
If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you.
Remember, we offer artwork previews and minor revision(s) so we ensure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!
How do you produce your artwork?
We hand-drawn your portraits from scratch using touch pen and professional sketching applications on pad
Will I receive a physical copy of the drawing?
We sell digital product only. We choose not to ship physical product to minimize environmental footprints. Final drawings will be delivered in high resolution JPEG file to your email which you may print to your liking.
