How to download digital products
Files can be downloaded from your Etsy Account page directly after purchase (www.etsy.com/your/purchases), and you should also receive an email with a download link to your file(s).

Shipping details
Prints are made to order and ready to ship in 1-7 business days. Once shipped, orders within the US should arrive in the next 2-5 business days (for a total of 3-12 business days from date of purchase).
Shipping time for international orders will vary depending on the country.
Orders are always shipped as soon as possible - we know how important it is that you receive your item quickly!
Returns and exchanges
While we do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges, please contact us if your order arrives damaged in any way, and we will gladly send a replacement free of charge. Photo proof of the damaged item is required to process the replacement.
Care instructions
If the print gathers any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth.

As much as we would love to create custom requests for you all, we are currently working on a number of projects and cannot take on additional requests at this time; however, please don't hesitate to reach out and share any ideas you may have, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
