I have been designing, doodling and making since I can remember! I have been in the design industry for 10 years now so I decided to sprinkle in a little bit of paper and so Inky was born!
I am also a keen traveller/explorer and have worked for various stationers around the world, some on a freelance bases and some in-house so I have all types of experience and I draw inspiration from all around me whether it be from my studio in Kent or my travels around the world.
I have been involved with wedding stationery since I began designing and I can safely say I have dealt with every kind of stationery related issue, idea or question that couples can come across so if this is you get in touch, as I am confident that I can help :D. Frequently asked questions
Personalisation
All FULL orders will be fully customised with your details and therefore I will send a digital proof for you to check before any printing or production begins :) You will need to take responsibility when checking the design to ensure that they are correct and as you would like them. Once confirmed orders will likely be processed right away so will not be able to be changed.
If changes need to be made after printing has started, please do still get in touch and we can discuss the best way forward, which is normally to be done at cost price, depending on the situation. If you also need express delivery this can be discussed after purchasing once the design is agreed and dispatch date known.
Colours and Photos
Please note that colours that appear on the digital proofs will appear slightly different once printed, I use a professional digital printing press which means the quality is amazing but depending on what device your viewing it on the will look slightly different but not too much, just something to bear in mind!
With regards to photos where possible and for the best quality you will need to supply them as a JPEG and with a resolution of 300dpi. I am always happy to check over photos before printing for you so don't worry :D.
Delivery & Turnaround
Once your order has been printed it will be collected by Royal Mail either same day or the next morning, please see individual listings for the shipping estimate but generally within the UK it will be 1 - 2 working days from being collected, although on the odd occasion it can take a few days longer depending on delays or of course the weather! If you need express shipping this is also available.
