Sizing details
All of my files are high-resolution 300 dpi (dots-per-inch), and it's always fine to print them any size specified in description. If you need a different size - please contact me.
What type of paper should you use?
I recommend heavyweight matte paper at least 200gsm – either or smooth card stock.
How to download?
To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
Can I download files from the phone?
Unfortunately, there is no such opportunity on Etsy. Write me a message and I will send files to your email.
Some files are organized into ZIP folders
Extract the files using an uncompressing program such as WinRAR or WinZip that you can easily download from the web for free.
