*ORDERS on Multiple ITEMS*
Please remember you can purchase multiple items under one order, at that same time, shipping to the same address. This means you/customers will only pay a one-off fee for postage for as many items as you require, per order. Please remember if your order is confirmed and its status displays as ‘Complete’ or ‘Purchased’, I am unable to make changes to it and therefore cannot combine orders.

*POSTAGE & TRACKING*
Cost of Postage & Tracking: JCM Designs charge the price for tracked delivery within Australia, for 2023, by Australia Post. This includes protective packaging on all your items purchased (for more information please see under listing details). Additionally, this includes your tracking number which allows you to identify where your package is and keep track of it.
After a purchase is packed (carefully by me) and taken to the post office, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number via Etsy. Price has increased due to Aus Post price increases. This is shown from the 12th of August 2023 onwards. Sorry I do not send items without tracking.
If you are buying for a friend, please make sure they are aware that a package may come with their name on it (if you send it to them directly). I cannot give refunds, if someone does not accept the completed parcel, upon arrival of destination. Check your correct address is linked to your account before purchase, I cannot refund you (for postage and items) if you put in the incorrect address or moved. This is the responsibility of the buyer to check all information is correct including mobile number for Express postage.

Please expect longer than normal processing and delivery times over busy holiday seasons.

Please note; Jcmdesigns does not issue refunds if parcels are late or have been sent back because they have been failed to be collected. It is up to the receiver to ensure they have stated the correct delivery address and are available for the delivery of the parcel or contacted their local post office to arrange pickup. If several attempts have been made and the item is sent back, the receiver is responsible for postage charges back to them. Refunds are not applicable on postage or items costs.

*Please keep referring to your Australia Post Tracking number you are given, once package is lodged/sent. This allows you to identify where your package may be. Once lodged, you can track your item/s using this site https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Encase it has been ‘processing’ for a few days (plus 3-4 days), please contact Australia post and they should be able to help you find where your package is.

JCM Designs is NOT responsible for any uninsured or lost items, please follow the Australia Post tracking website if you have not received your item/s within the timeframe. Please note; once your order is in the hands of the postal system, I have no control over delays, so should delivery be held up, please be patient, and contact your local postal system for further information on your tracking. I can only give you the information provided on your tracking.
It is up to the responsibility of the receiver to track their own package and ensure they are home when delivery is expected. Please use your tracking provided and always contact your local postal service with your tracking for any updates.
