Shop Policy
Your order is handmade so please allow adequate time for the piece to be made. All resin pieces require 72 hours to cure.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped USPS and includes tracking. I provide a copy of the USPS tracking to every customer sent via email.

Once I place the package into the possession of USPS, I have no further control over the package.

I actively monitor the progress of each order via the tracking number and I follow up with every customer regarding the order.

Most orders arrive without incident, however the USPS has been known to temporarily loose track of orders or experience a delay in delivery and most of these are resolved quickly .

If you do not receive an order but the USPS and the USPS tracking confirms it was delivered I do not offer a refund or replacement under these circumstances. However I will get in touch with with the USPS and do all I can to track down your order and will remain in contact with the customer thought the process.

My customer service can only extend to what I have control over.

If you are one of the Etsy scammers of small businesses ordering products and claiming they never arrive, while tracking says different, then please don’t even bother.




Due to our suppliers being affected from the current pandemic, all orders are facing potential delays regardless of the ship-by date listed.
