Do you hand finish your products, or are they machine done?
All logos/images/wording on my products are hand drawn, and burnished myself. Sadly, laser machines are far too expensive and bulky!

I'm very much a 'give-it-a-go' type of guy, but if I think a design is beyond my abilities, I'll always be honest. It might not be the news you want, but it's better than excitedly opening a parcel to something less than perfect!
