Processing Times

Processing times are set to 1-7 days.

Shipping

Shipping prices are calculated at the checkout through Etsy. All UK orders are sent out 2nd class and aim within 2-3 working days. Worldwide orders are sent out International Standard.

Lost or Damaged Items

Royal Mail doesn't consider an item as 'lost' until 14 working days (21 working days for international) after the due date. Once the 14 or 21 days have passed I'm then able to claim compensation and will then issue you a full refund or send out your goods again. Claims must be submitted within 80 calendar days of posting. Damaged items must be returned in original packaging and the contents will be retained to present to Royal Mail as proof of damage. Claims must also be submitted within 80 calendar days of posting as well.
