I offer a 14-day return or exchange policy. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to start a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Custom orders are non-refundable, but may qualify for store credit.

If your order qualified for free shipping and a return brings the item subtotal (excluding tax and shipping) below the free shipping threshold, I kindly ask that you cover both the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost. Priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

As a small business, to keep fair pricing, I’m unable to absorb shipping costs when a return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, unless there is an issue with your order.

Silver and silver-plated jewelry will tarnish over time. To delay this process, store your jewelry in a plastic baggie or plastic closed container when not in use. If you do notice tarnishing, gently clean with warm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, which can damage crystals or metal, and always dry thoroughly before wearing or storing.

Gunmetal and gold-tone finishes may also tarnish. Store these pieces in a plastic baggie or container as well.

As with most fashion jewelry, avoid swimming or bathing while wearing. Keep hairspray, oils, perfumes, and lotions away from your jewelry as much as possible 🩵

It is best to store your new jewelry by simply laying it out flat or loosely coiled in a circular fashion. Do NOT hang it up. It is also best to store it in a plastic baggie or a plastic container that is kept closed most of the time to prevent tarnishing as much as possible.

🩵 If item becomes kinked or bent, simply place it in warm water for 15-20 minutes or so, adjust the kink, dab dry with a towel or cloth, then lay flat to let dry completely before storing.
