How can I accurately visualize product dimensions?
The exact measurements (grams, inches, and centimeters) for each product are clearly stated in the product descriptions. Customer review photos are also great for visual reference. We also frequently update listing images.
Custom and personalized orders
We offer free engraving of up to 20 characters on the back of necklaces. Please note that some models may not be suitable for engraving. Additionally, all of our silver products can be custom-made in 10K, 14K, or 18K gold upon request. Please feel free to contact us for pricing information.

Our gemstone collection is comprised of high-quality cubic zirconia stones. These stones are lab-grown, extremely durable, and completely safe for everyday wear.

What is your exchange and return policy? We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. All shipping and customs fees resulting from returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
What finish is shown in the main product images?
The main images show 14K Gold plating. This plating is highly recommended as it best reflects the detail and craftsmanship of our designs.
Are the products waterproof and weatherproof?
Our 925 Sterling Silver products are extremely durable and designed for long-term use. However, prolonged exposure to water, such as swimming, showering, or gym workouts, is not recommended.
