Will my items come fully assembled?
Yes! Each item is carefully put together and ready for use!
Can I cancel my order?
If you changed your mind and would like you cancel your order, please do so within 24hrs of purchased, for all full refund. Anything after 24hrs will have a 10% cancelation fee as I start design and preparing orders after 24hrs of purchase.

What shipping options are available?
1. USPS First Class (3-7 business days)
2. USPS Priority (3-4 business days)
Please remember that shipping time and production time are not the same. All orders are mailed out according to the event date.
All orders are shipped via USPS First class packages which includes tracking. Priority mail upgrade is also available with includes tracking and $100 insurance. Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the Post Office or other shipping company, it is not my responsibility. You will have to contact your local Post Office should you have any issues receiving your items. A tracking number will always be provided once the package has been sent out for shipping from me.
My order didn't arrive by my event date?
I will do my best to get your package to you by your event. However, I can never guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date and therefore will not offer a refund if your package does not arrive on time due to a shipping delay. Please make sure that when you are ordering you allow ample of time to receive your item to avoid this issue.
My order was shipped to the wrong address?
The customer is responsible for the address entered when placing an order and therefore I will not issue a refund for this mistake. Please make sure that you verify your address before placing your order, to avoid shipping delays or the item being deliver to the incorrect address.
