Hi all, my name is Jo Smoak. I love variety in everything that I do. I have been creating my whole life of over 37 years. I love photography, especially of nature. I love to create and craft and have expertise in paper, wood, signs, string art, Cricut products, digital design, knitting, and so much more. As you can see already I love variety.

I am an artist of multimedia. I love to combine many media types and make beautiful art.

I am an author of mystery and thriller novels. You can find these on Amazon. I also have many other books, devotionals, how to do something, etc. books coming soon.

I am a cook and a gardener. I love to cook and to grow things. I will be sharing recipes and tips here in my shop.

I am a dog trainer and have an education in Animal and Veterinary Sciences from Clemson University in South Carolina.

I aim to be a traveling photographer, crafter, and author some day.

I own 5 dogs currently: Finley, a golden doodle. Daisy, an English Lab. Bella, a Catahoula Leopard mix. Archie, a dachshund. & Charlie, a dachshund.

As a trauma survivor and struggler of PTSD, I use all of this variety to help cope in life as well as want to encourage others by and through it all. I am the author of Letters from a Trauma Survivor by my pen name Recovery Ryder.
