1.Size can be customized!

If you can't find a suitable size in the size chart, please measure your space first, and then send the size to me for a quote. Due to the different time zones between countries/regions, we will reply within 24 hours at most.

2.Packaging.

In order to protect the paintings well during international transportation, all paintings are rolled (unframed/unstretched) and use high-quality
The plastic/cardboard tube is transported so as not to cause damage, it is 100% safe, and the painting can be restored to its original/flat state with a wooden base after stretching.

3. Painting or printing?

All items are painted on canvas by hand, and there are no artworks for sale in my shop.

4. Transportation

Global transportation: We use FedEx, and each painting is inspected and professionally packaged to ensure safe travel, so that your painting can reach you in perfect condition.

5. Custom and personalized orders.

The degree of similarity between the original work and the online work.
Because all of our paintings are handmade and usually customized, the paintings may undergo subtle or subtle changes. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you ordered. It will be almost the same, but not exactly the same. What I can guarantee is the quality of the work we have done. This will be the beautiful painting you expect.

6.Delivery time.

You will receive this painting in about 2-3 weeks

7. If the artwork does not meet my expectations, can I return it?

Yes, please return it within 30 days after receiving the order. We will refund after receiving the goods. The artwork should be returned in its original packaging, and you should bear the return, customs and other costs.

8. I do not have a PayPal account. what should I do?

You may be able to pay with a card through PayPal without a PayPal account. The operation method is as follows:
1. Click "Check out with PayPal" and you will be redirected to PayPal. Choose to pay by debit or credit card instead of using a PayPal account.
2. The system will prompt you to fill in the bill and credit card information.
3. Enter your email address so that PayPal can send you a receipt.

Custom and personalized orders

Stretch: Paint on a canvas stretched on the wooden board, which can be hung.

Unstretched: Paint on an unstretched canvas, rolled into a tube. In this case, you will have to stretch the canvas in the nearest art studio.

Care instructions

Do not hang your canvas painting outdoors, near high humidity or any heat source.
Before doing any canvas painting, make sure to clean your hands.
Do not place anything on top of the canvas, or place the canvas with the front side down.
How to tighten loose
Paint on sagging canvas: If you find that the canvas has started to slack and sagging over the years, you can try the following:
Spray evenly on the back, fine mist of clean water or distilled water. canvas. The canvas should be tightened after drying.
Do not use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas.
