JollyBones — A Tribute to Gothic Northeastern America
I’m Jacobe Meadow, an illustrator based in beautifully eerie Salem, Massachusetts — a place I’m proud to call home.
New England’s thick, misty landscapes have always captivated me. Their ghostly yet comforting beauty, paired with the region’s stunning scenery, sprawling townships, and rich early American and industrial history, sparked my lifelong love for drawing. What began as doodles in the margins of my school notebooks has grown into my career as an illustrator.
JollyBones is my love letter to the gothic allure of Massachusetts, New England, and beyond — a tribute to the mysterious and macabre Americana that inspires me.

Here’s a bit about my process:
🖼️: JollyBones operates on a print-on-demand basis. I create and design everything myself, and trusted printshops in the US and Europe bring my works to life and ship them directly to you.
🎨: My creative process involves a mix of manual illustration, generative AI, and graphic design. My tools include regular paint & canvas, Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway. I build custom automations for my backend that incorporate Make.com, Airtable, and print-on-demand merchants including Printify and Printful, among other asset-handling services.
💯: I’m committed to offering quality products at a fair price. That’s why I cover shipping costs within the US and keep international shipping rates as low as possible. However, because of this print-on-demand model, the shop is unable to accept returns.
👑: I stand behind my work. If your item arrives defective or you’re unsatisfied for any reason, I’m committed to making it right — just reach out to me.
Explore JollyBones and find something that speaks to you!
