4 out of 5 starsI just received dress today, and it’s absolutely gorgeous and the most well made dress I’ve ever seen!! It’s exactly as pictured, only better. The beading is beautiful too! I know it’s not easy sewing tiny little dresses like this. I would have given it 10 stars if I could and the only reason I gave 4 stars, is because for some reason I got the peachy pink color instead of the baby pink, as I ordered. It’s exactly the color of the peachy pink as per picture on advertisement. We were hoping for the brighter pink. Her customer service was impeccable to make sure measurements and everything was correct, but I definitely have the peachy pink. It’s not the end of the world, and I definitely would order from her again. She is a master at her craft!!

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
1. Yes. We're happy for personal requirements: change another color/style/detail of bow in case it was approved by me.
2. Please chat with me to give more information about your measurements and requirements, if we can make it as your requirement we will accept your custom order. Otherwise, we will cancel the transaction if we can not make a custom order as a buyer would like to have.
How do I know about my order processing?
1. After we receive your order and check all information about your measures: age, height, weight, and date you need a product we will chat with you to get confirmation again.
2. We will mark complete status and add ID tracking number, left a message with you about your package being delivered.
3.
We will take care of you by following up on your tracking and notice to you when it shows estimated delivery on the system.
4. Take care of your feedback about our product and give a solution immediately when you have a problem with our products. Customer service and QUALITY is the first thing we provide you.
5. If your order is complete and you are happy with your order, please take your time to vote star for us, 10% discount for next purchase.
How many days after an order I will receive the products?
1. When you placed an order, Etsy automatically shows an estimated delivery date for you, please keep an eye on this.

What do I do when my address, phone number is wrong and lost package?
1. Remind double-check ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, POSTCODE when you place an order.
2. In case the customer provides a WRONG postcode, address, or number phone and the product can not deliver on time or is lost, we will NOT take responsibility for that case. NO REFUND was made on this case.

- Sorry we DO NOT offer exchange or return service, all our dresses are handmade made to the order, and we do not offer returns / exchanges as well. Please read carefully our policy before placing an order.
- However, we will provide the best quality as well as best product carefully before sending to customer.
- If our mistake, we will take responsibility for that. When you are found faulty in the product or not satisfied please contact us first before specifying in the feedback or opening the case.
How to take measurements correctly?
When making an individual order, measurements will be required from you.
They are needed in order to be able to take into account the features of your young lady’s figure.
When you take measurements, you do not need to straighten up, pull in your stomach and so on.Measurements should be taken in a natural pose.Otherwise, the measurements will be incorrect, and the model you ordered will not fit, will turn out to be large or, conversely, cramped.
Be sure to write to us about all the features of the figure. This will help us and allow us to achieve a perfect fit of the product.
