Most gift boxes can be restocked. New jewelry pieces can be recreated, although different materials may be used based on what suppliers have available. With vintage jewelry, some pieces are rare and others are more common. Please ask if there's something you'd like!

I look for ways to save you money on shipping. If I find significant savings I will refund you the overage.

I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for items lost or stolen in transit. Please contact me about shipping insurance prior to placing your order.

No refunds or replacements will be given for non-delivery to an incorrect / invalid address supplied by the buyer. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If your jewelry breaks under normal wearing conditions, and if you notify me within 90 days from the purchase date, I'll be happy to repair the item free of charge. Shipping fees and costs for replacement parts (if needed) are the buyer’s responsibility. Damages due to failure to follow the jewelry care instructions shown below is not covered under my Warranty.

After 90 days, I'm happy to offer a repair services for the cost of labor, materials, and shipping.

Just like clothes, wearing a piece of jewelry day and night without cleaning or resting it will shorten its life. Please follow the care instructions below to maintain the beauty of your jewelry:

• Do not swim, bathe, take a shower, exercise, or sleep with your jewelry.

• After wearing, gently wipe jewelry with a soft cloth and store in an air-tight bag (except for pearls).

• Avoid exposing to alcohol, and allow cosmetics, perfumes, and hair sprays to dry completely BEFORE wearing your jewelry.

I make every effort to capture the representative appearance of my items for your viewing. However, the colors may appear differently on different monitors.

There may be minor variations in shapes and sizes, from surface inconsistencies, fabric weave, bow creases, etc. This is a characteristic of gift boxes and handmade jewelry, and is not a defect. Also, the tones of metal can vary from batch to batch. Please expect that the color of a clasp may be somewhat different from that of a necklace chain. Metal color changes over time, and old, worn charms on your necklace and brand new chains and charms will have different shades. Gemstones are a creation of mother nature, and variations in colors/markings are to be expected.

I may make minor changes to the chain type/size, jewelry design, and packaging without notice.

Was the necklace too short or long for your liking? I can add an extender or make it shorter. All shipping and materials costs are the buyer's responsibility unless there was an error on my part.
