• The prints on demand products and tailor made to each client individual specifications and due the European Union regulations about made to order goods, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Paintings or Prints with added an additional Floating Frame by a professional framer are Custom Orders and are non-returnable.

Care instructions & Damaged Purchases

We ship all over the world and all artworks are packed very carefully to protect them from shipping damages.

Shipping damage must be reported immediately once package is received.

❗❗NOTE: DON'T sign a damaged package❗❗ It's shipper responsibility to return it to the sender and we will arrange a replacement.

To file a claim with the shipper, the buyer is required to send us:
-photos of the damaged item
-photos of the packing materials
-photos of the shipping box
In addition, the buyer must be certain to hold on to the damaged item/s and packaging materials in case the shipper wants to inspect them.

What ''Rolled'', "No Wrap", ''Unstretched'', ''Ready to Hang'' and ''Stretched'' Canvas means?

☑️ 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿𝙔 𝙏𝙊 𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙂: Means already Stretched Canvas with Inner Wooden Frame, stretched on 1.6" (4 cm) wooden bars with Wrapped Sides. No need framing or stretching. Just hang up on your wall and enjoy it!

☑️ 𝙍𝙊𝙇𝙇𝙀𝘿 Canvas: Means Unstretched (No Wrap) that it comes without the wooden stretcher bars. The canvas will have an additional 1.6" (4 cm) white border for frame or stretching. It will be mailed to you rolled up and shipped in a tube. You could then take this to a framer and it get mounted, framed, or stretched; or if you are really handy you can stretch it yourself.

☑️ 𝙁𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙊𝙋𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉: Ready to Hang Stretched Canvas + 𝙁𝙇𝙊𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙁𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙀 by your choice.

No problem. Please contact us. I paint all paintings and in your own size and color preferences. Also we can print any image at your own size, just let us know.

☑️ What is the difference between INCH and CM?

Inches('') are used in the American metric system and centimeters (cm) in the European one.

☑️ Do you do custom commissions or requests?

Yes, depending on our schedule and what you have in mind. Feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or for any custom artwork requests and special orders. We'll be happy to create something special for your home, office or project.

☑️ Is my shipping tracked?

Yes, it is. We will send you a tracking number which will enable you to track your package. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date.

All shipments will require a signature on delivery.

☑️ Returns / Conditions of Return

If you need to return your item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Upon agreement, all items must be returned to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt, with tracking for exchange. Once the item is received we will send the new one.

❗We can't accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, framed orders, printable files and items on sales.

Buyers are responsible for safe return and for shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
