5 out of 5 starsThe shoes are beautiful… simple, elegant and well made….and even better than pictured (I bought them in burgundy, rather than pick). The fit was true to size (at least for my solidly size 9) and the price was shockingly reasonable …and now I ordered another pair (different) style and inspired two other friends to do the same. I appreciate that the shoes are handmade with such care—all the way from Greece. This is “the good” internet that can connect a craftsperson across borders.

5 out of 5 starsWhen I first ordered the shoes, I had an issue with the size chart not matching the actual shoe measurements, so I would recommend being mindful that they seem to run small. Thankfully, Christina was very helpful and responsive in resolving the issue and arranging replacements. The shoes look as described and are a beautiful colour. The leather is slightly thinner than I expected, and there are a few minor imperfections which I understand can be part of the handmade nature of the shoes. Overall, though, they are beautiful and I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you again to Christina and the team for their assistance in the return process and getting the right size!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges.
REFUNDS, about free shipping items, you will be charged the shipping costs that we paid to ship your order.
RETURNS, must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please send back the item with a tracking number, for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please use the postal services, not courier services. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs
EXCHANGES, the buyers are responsible for return as well as for exchange shipping costs.
The item must be in its original, unworn condition in order to be refunded.

-Items with a discount of at least 50% are non-returnable.
-Custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. If your item is damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).
-Custom orders are considered color changes instead of advertised product color, size 43 & 44, custom widths and half shoe sizes.
-Concerning orders that include more than 2 pairs of shoes, buyers are not able to return all the pairs, but should keep at least 1 of them.
-The orders that the buyer refuses to receive, are non refundable.

SIZE GUIDE
Most of the JustLeatherGR shoes fit true to size. They are available in EU sizes and whole sizes. If you wear half sizes, then you should go up to the nearest whole size.
They are made by genuine Greek Leather and as a result they slightly stretch with wear and naturally conform to the shape of your feet. Please check on each product page for specific sizing recommendations!

CUSTOM ORDERS
We accept custom orders on specific designs. We can customize the color, the width and the heel style (stiletto heel instead of block heel). We would like to inform you that we can make half sizes in specific designs.
Please keep in your mind that the custom orders are non-returnable, unless they arrive to you damaged or defective. In the case that you will receive your custom order damaged or defective, you can only exchange the product for an identical new product (no refunds accepted).

All designs are exclusively created by our studio and produced in collaboration with a small artisan workshop in Greece.
We carefully select premium materials such as genuine leather, satin, and velvet, and oversee the entire process to ensure the final product reflects our original design vision.
The leather used (goat, lamb, or cow) is sourced locally, minimally processed using eco-conscious techniques, and dyed with non-toxic, skin-safe colors.
Standard European sizing (EU sizes) applies.
