A little unsure how to review this as it hasn't arrived to me yet, even though it was supposed to be here ten days ago, but in advance I'll say it's worth the wait, as I'm in no rush.

I didn’t get the backpack, it got stuck at one of the shipping centers. However! I don’t think that’s entirely the seller’s fault. And I was refunded almost immediately after submitting a help request. So, while I don’t know if I can recommend the item, the customer service was great.

Overall a good bag, though one of the cinch strings busted after a few uses. Otherwise it’s very well made, strong stitching, durable materials.

I never received the item. The order was placed around April 25 and it is now May 21. I sent a message to the seller asking for a refund and still haven’t heard from them. I cannot recommend this seller or their products.

I wish I had read other reviews for this shop before ordering. I haven't received the item and the seller hasn't answered my messages.

My bag came in a dark green but I honestly prefer this color to what I ordered. Super cute and versatile baggy
