How do I access my digital prints?
After your purchase, you can access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile (top right) and then clicking ‘Purchases,’ and then ‘Download Files.’
If you purchased as a guest, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing the download information. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. I recommend using desktop or mobile browser to download, not the Etsy app.

Where should I print my digital files?
There are a couple different ways you can print your digital art
1. Upload to a professional printing service online. Such as, shutterfly.com or mpix.com.
2. Go to your local print shop (be sure to bring the files on a USB drive). Such as Walgreens.
3. Use a home printer. Please note color outcome/quality may vary based on printer.
I recommend using a heavyweight matte paper, premium cardstock or archival fine art paper.
What is your return policy? Do you offer refunds?
We don't currently offer returns or exchanges on any digital products as they can not be "returned" once purchased. If you have any trouble downloading your digital files please message me!
