Shop Policies
1. Cancellation Policy
- We accept cancellations within 6 hours of placing the order.
- If a cancellation incurs bank transaction fees, the customer is responsible for paying those fees.


2. Returns Policy
For EU Customers: ( Not included Norway and UK customers)
- Returns are accepted **within 24 hours** of receiving the order if buyer fallow these policies:
- To return an item:
1. Email us at info@kewsan.com within 24 hours and explain why you want to return the item ( write us your name and family and you Etsy order number ). or massage us via Etsy.
2. Purchase or create a return label and email us the label and tracking information.
3. Return the item within 24 hours of notifying us. It means buyer need to put the returen item in post during 24 hours and inform us.
Return Conditions:
- The dress must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, smells, stains, hair, or damage. The dress must not have any stains from makeup, food, or other substances to be eligible for a return.
- Please write us your order number put inside the returen packet or returen goods without wrinkles, and in the same condition as you received them.
- Any returned item that is used, damaged, will not be accepted.
Please note:
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including sending and returning the order. If we provide free shipping (we pay for shipping from our warehouse in Sweden), the customer will need to cover the shipping costs we paid if they choose to return the order. If the return is accepted, we will deduct the original shipping cost (Sweden to your address) from the refund.
Bank transaction fees will also be deducted from the refund. Each bank transfer involves a fee, including Etsy's bank transfer charges. If the customer returns the item, these transaction fees (ranging from €10 to €18) will be deducted. Please note that receiving your refunded money may take a few business days.

Important:
We accept returns for EU customers only if all steps and conditions are followed accurately.

For Non-EU Customers: ( Included UK and Norway customers)
- No returns are accepted for customers outside the EU due to customs fees, paperwork, and shipping complexities.

**3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available **only for EU customers**.
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Exchanges follow the same process and conditions as returns (see above).
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and must send the item back in new condition .


4. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Notify us within **24 hours** of receiving the item by emailing info@kewsan.com
2. Send photos of the damaged item and describe the issue and order number, your name .
3. Create a return label, include tracking information, and send the item back( Fallow returen policy as we mentioned above )
4. Items must be returned in new and unused condition. If the item is used, even if damaged, it cannot be accepted for return.
