We are happy to include personalized gift notes (handwritten or typed) with any order. If you would like one included, simply leave a note when placing your order or send us a conversation immediately after placing an order with your note's message.

As far as our custom and personalized designs go, design previews are a courtesy. Any changes made by the customer may result in additional fees.

Generally, we only accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. We reserve the right to enforce this policy at all times. However, we do understand that things happen. Cancellations requested after 1 hour of purchase will be decided exclusively by our shop's discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

Generally, if you decide to cancel your order and the design work has already begun but the piece is not yet cut, you are entitled to a 50% refund.

If the item is already being cut or pieces have been sourced, no refunds will be given.

We want your jewelry to be strong, sparkly, and shiny. We offer complimentary cleanings and inspections on all Kimiya jewelry. We recommend a cleaning and inspection every 6 to 12 months. We always recommend immediate inspections if your piece has gone through any trauma such as being dropped or hit. Damage is not always obvious and our experts can determine if your piece has any issues. Our team will check all stones, metal, and prongs, and give you a thorough report if any work or repairs need to be done. The client would be responsible for all shipping costs and any agreed upon repairs.
