It arrived on the very last day of the shipping window, which unfortunately was a day late for what I wanted to use it for, but I saw the shipping window when I ordered it and took a chance. I can just use it for something else later this year. My fault, not theirs. Would order from them again and not cut it so close next time. :)

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We partner with local production centers worldwide, so your order ships from the closest location to you (e.g. U.S. orders ship from the U.S.). This means faster delivery and no surprise import tariffs or fees.

Not at this time due to busy schedule!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase, as I typically send orders to production promptly so they arrive as quickly as possible. That said, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and I’ll always do my best to work with you to find a resolution.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery (this applies shop-wide, including to meet EU consumer protection requirements). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged or has a printing issue, just send me a message first and I'll get a replacement out to you right away — no formal return needed in that case!
What do you sell?

Do you use AI?
I create my artwork primarily through my own digital art and design process using Procreate, Canva, and other creative tools. I sometimes use generative AI to explore ideas, compositions, or individual elements, which I then edit, redraw, combine, and refine myself. I also use AI-powered features for things like cleanup and upscaling. I’ve always been artistic and a bit of a tech nerd, so I genuinely enjoy experimenting with new technology. For me, AI is simply another tool in the process—not a replacement for my creativity. The direction, hands-on work, editing, and final creative decisions are always my own. I believe in being transparent about my process and respect that people have different views on AI art.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
Nope! While KittyStampedeCo is based in Canada, your item is produced and shipped by a local printing partner in your own region — most US orders ship from within the US, UK/EU orders ship from within the UK/EU, and so on. You can always check the "Ships from" line on any listing before ordering to confirm. No customs delays, no surprise fees.
