Recently, people in many parts of the world, including the UK, USA, Europe and Oceania, have been facing increasing financial pressure as the cost of living continues to rise, partly due to the impact of wars and global economic uncertainty.

At the same time, customers in the USA and Europe have also been facing higher customs duties and import costs. This means that the overall cost of buying even small and inexpensive items has increased.

To help make things a little easier, I’ve decided to increase my multi-buy discounts, with up to 25% off available when you buy multiple items. I hope these improved discounts will help reduce some of the extra costs and make it more affordable for you to buy cute socks and stickers as gifts for your loved ones. ❤️

My multi-buy discount is based on the total number of items in your order, so you can mix and match different products to receive a discount. For example, you can buy 1 pair of socks + 1 sticker + 1 towel and receive the multi-buy discount based on 3 items.
You don't need to buy the same product — simply mix and match your favourite items! 😊

📦 Our Shop's "SAME-DAY Dispatch" Policy
ORDER BEFORE 8:00 AM UK TIME = DISPATCHED THE SAME DAY!

We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday.
- Monday–Saturday: All orders placed before 8:00 AM UK time will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be dispatched the next business day.
- Sunday: Orders will be dispatched on Monday.

📢 Important Update on EU Customs Duties (Effective from 1 July 2026)

From 1 July 2026, all parcels entering the European Union, including those valued at under €150, are now subject to a flat customs duty of €3.00, together with a customs handling fee of approximately €1.20.

To make the delivery process as smooth as possible, we have already included approximately €4.20 in our shipping costs for all EU orders. Your parcel will be sent using Royal Mail Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP), which means all customs duties, VAT and handling charges are paid in advance.

* Please note that this service is not available in some EU countries. If we identify that your destination country is not covered during the shipping process, we will refund the customs duty and handling fee where applicable.

Therefore, you should not be asked to pay any additional customs charges when your parcel is delivered.

As these customs charges are applied once per shipment rather than per item, ordering multiple pairs in a single order can help reduce the shipping cost per item.

📢 Postal Service Notification to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe
We have recently received many inquiries regarding the postal services available for the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, so we would like to provide some clarification.

The default shipping option available at checkout is Royal Mail International Standard. Most of our customers choose this service. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days for Europe and 7–14 days for the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Although rare, occasional missing parcels may occur, and in such cases, we provide a 100% refund. If you would like to receive tracking information, you can simply choose the Tracked Service at checkout. Please note that this option comes with a slightly higher cost than the standard service. Thank you.
