This is my second purchase within one week. The picture shows both necklaces which I love. I will definitely order again from KurtUngDesigns.

Custom and personalized orders
*Rings that are RESIZED from stock ring size are considered custom and personalized orders and are NOT returnable as are custom made orders.
Do you offer payment plan?
Yes we do! Just let us know and we will work with you. Our layaway plan works great if you like to put down payment so we hold the actual jewelry you choose so no one else gets it. Once you pay in full, then we will ship to you.
Layaway cannot be cancel or refunded.
No Exchange and No returns accepted for layaway orders.
Our layaway is 20% down and you have 3-4 months to payoff til ship.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we have been established in Fullerton, CA for over 30 years now. So if you are ever in the area, please come and say hi and see more beautiful jewelry! We have been serving the community since 1989 in the Fullerton Jewelry Mart.
Do you offer an appraisal?
We offer an appraisal for insurance purposes free of charge for any item purchased over $600 value by request only.
Do you guarantee the value of the jewelry you sell?
Yes, our prices are considered wholesale. If you get your jewelry appraised, more than likely it will be about double the price you are paying in retail stores. At your request, we will issue any jewelry you purchase from us an appraisal which is good for getting insurance.
How does refund process?
If for one reason or another your order did not meet your expectations. You may request a refund of your order. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. And send back in original condition with box within 7 days to us. Shipping/Insurance/restocking fee of $40 will be deducted from refund amount. *Rings that are RESIZED from stock ring size are considered custom and are NOT returnable as are custom orders.
For international orders, shipping fees are not refunded in case of returns.
Please remember you are responsible to buy insurance when shipping item back.

Do you have sales?
No, you won't see a sale for our shop. We believe in giving our customers the best value for their hard earn money right from the start. We strive to offer the best quality and prices so we may have you as a return customer.
Do you sell your jewelry anywhere else online?
My jewelries are only sold on Etsy.com at KurtUngDesign. We DO NOT sell on ebay or any other site except on Etsy under KurtUngDesign. If you see a copy of our jewelry design somewhere else or under a different seller name, it is not from our store. Unfortunately there are many unscrupulous people stealing pictures from stores and posting as their own. Often advertising the product at a fraction of the price, trying to scam people into buying something that is not real stones or solid gold. Please be aware.
Pictures look bigger than actual size
Pictures in the listings are enlarged to show details. Most of the time we will try to take a photo with a coin to give better perspective of actual size. But please go by the measurements provided in the listing; if not available please ask.
