I have chosen the free shipping option, is there a tracking number offered?
No. All domestic orders with free shipping will not have a tracking number available.If you need to track your order, please upgrade at the checkout.Kyara is not responsible of any parcels that are lost/not delivered with untracked shipping.
I am an international customer , do you provide tracking ?
Yes.All international orders are sent with tracking and a tracking number is provided to you once the item has been shipped.
How do I care for my jewellery?
All our piercings are made out of either surgical grade 316 stainless steel , titanium or 14K Gold unless noted in the description specifically .Under normal regular use, a weekly gentle wipe with a warm mild soapy solution is all that is needed. Please note regular use with shampoos and other hair products & chlorinated water could have an impact on the longevity of the plating of the jewellery.
Wrong Shipping Address/Unclaimed packages
Please make sure that you check your shipping address before placing the order. If you have provided the wrong address please make sure to update me before the package has been shipped. I am unable to change the address once the package has been shipped. If your package is returned to me because of the wrong address or the package was unclaimed a refund will not be issued. The package can be re-shipped back to you provided you pay for shipping again. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that their postal address is correct and are available to receive it.I am not responsible if you have provided the wrong address, no refund will be issued.
I have placed two orders, Can you send it as one parcel?
Yes we can pack them and ship it out in one parcel. Usually, all orders/parcels placed by a customer to the same address will be combined and sent together if ordered on the same day, unless otherwise requested by the customer to be sent as two different orders/parcels.
