RATES

Prices are expressed in euros and exclude shipping costs.
Les Crapoussines reserves the right to revise its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in force at the time of the order and this, subject to availability on that date.

SHIPPING COSTS:

The shipping method and shipping costs depend on the destination area of the order.

For the France, shipments are made by colissimo or followed letter. On request, they can be made by recommended colissimo, for a fee.

For the international, the shipments are made by registered mail or international followed letter

REGULATIONS

The goods ordered are payable in cash and without discount, the method of payment is at the choice of the buyer among:

* Payment on ETSY wallet


DELIVERY:


Shipping is made within 24 working hours after receipt of payment of the order for items in stock.
For custom orders, it is necessary to allow a manufacturing time of 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

The delivery time is that of the delivery of the necessary mail to the Post Office. Generally, for metropolitan France, delivery is made between 48 and 72 hours from the date of shipment. For Europe, it is appropriate to allow a period of about one week.

In any case, I confirm by e-mail the date of shipment of the orders as well as the tracking number of the shipment.

RETURN OF AN ITEM / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For items in stock finished product, in accordance with the regulations, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to return the product he has purchased.
The return must be made in tracking mode. The shipping costs (shipping) and return are the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund of the returned item is made within 14 days after receipt of the return of said item. This must not have been used more than for a normal fitting in a shop. It must be unworn, damaged or stained, in perfect condition for resale.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-21-8, of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply to items indicated made to measure (custom made) or to personalized items.
For these items indicated made to measure or personalized, no return or exchange will be accepted.
The items in my shop concerned by this exception to the right of withdrawal/return include all of my ceremony hats and bibis as well as my ceremony bags and pouches.

RESPONSIBILITY

The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France.
Les Crapoussines cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products.

Les Crapoussines is liable for defects in conformity of the good to the contract under the conditions of Article L.211-4 and following of the Consumer Code and hidden defects of the thing sold under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
When acting as a legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer has a period of two years from the delivery of the good to act, can choose between repair or replacement of the good (subject to the cost conditions provided for by Article L.211-9 of the Consumer Code) and is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the good during the 6 months following the delivery of the good. TARIFS

Les prix sont exprimés en euros et s'entendent hors frais de port.
Les Crapoussines se réserve le droit de réviser ses prix à tout moment mais s'engage à appliquer les tarifs en vigueur au moment de la commande et ce, sous réserve des disponibilités à cette date.

FRAIS DE PORT :

Le mode d'expédition et les frais de port sont fonction de la zone de destination de la commande.

Pour la France, les envois sont réalisés en colissimo ou lettre suivie. Sur demande, ils peuvent être réalisés en colissimo recommandé, moyennant un supplément.

Pour l'international, les envois sont réalisés en recommandé ou lettre suivie internationale

REGLEMENTS

Les marchandises commandées sont payables comptant et sans escompte, le mode de règlement est au choix de l'acheteur parmi :

LIVRAISON:


L'expédition s'effectue sous 24h ouvrées après réception du règlement de la commande pour les articles en stock.
Pour les commandes sur mesure, il faut prévoir un délai de fabrication de 3 à 5 jours ouvrés après réception du paiement.

Le délai de livraison est celui de l'acheminement du courrier nécessaire à la Poste. Généralement, pour la France métropolitaine, la livraison s'effectue entre 48 et 72 heures à compter de la date d'expédition. Pour l'Europe il convient de prévoir un délai d'environ une semaine.

Dans tous les cas, je confirme par e-mail la date d'expédition des commandes ainsi que le numéro de suivi de l'expédition.

RETOUR D'UN ARTICLE / DROIT DE RETRACTATION

Pour les articles en stock produit fini, conformément à la réglementation, l'acheteur dispose d'un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception de sa commande pour retourner le produit qu'il a acheté.
Le retour doit obligatoirement s'effectuer en mode suivi. Les frais de port aller (expédition) et retour sont à la charge de l'acheteur.

Le remboursement de l'article retourné s'effectue sous 14 jours après la réception du retour dudit article. Celui-ci ne doit pas avoir été utilisé plus que pour un essayage normal dans une boutique. Il doit être non porté, abimé ou tâché, en parfait état de revente.

EXCEPTIONS AU DROIT DE RETRACTATION / RETOUR
Conformément aux dispositions de l'article L 121-21-8, du code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ou de retour ne s'applique pas aux articles indiqués fabriqués sur mesure ( custom made) ni aux articles personnalisés.
Pour ces articles indiqués fabriqués sur mesure ou personnalisés, il ne sera accepté aucun retour ni échange.
Les articles de ma boutique concernés par cette exception au droit de rétractation/retour sont notamment l'intégralité de mes chapeaux et bibis de cérémonie ainsi que mes sacs et pochettes de cérémonie.

RESPONSABILITE

Les produits proposés sont conformes à la législation française en vigueur et aux normes applicables en France.
La responsabilité de Les Crapoussines ne saurait être engagée en cas de non respect de la législation du pays où le produit est livré. Il appartient au client de vérifier auprès des autorités locales les possibilités d’importation ou d’utilisation des produits.

Les Crapoussines est tenu des défauts de conformité du bien au contrat dans les conditions de l'article L.211-4 et suivants du code de la consommation et des défauts cachés de la chose vendue dans les conditions prévues aux articles 1641 et suivants du code civil .
Lorsqu'il agit en garantie légale de conformité, le consommateur bénéficie d'un délai de deux ans à compter de la délivrance du bien pour agir, peut choisir entre réparation ou remplacement du bien (sous réserve des conditions de coûts prévues par l'article L.211-9 du code de la consommation) et est dispensé de rapporter la preuve de l'existence du défaut de conformité du bien durant les 6 mois suivants la délivrance du bien.
