4 out of 5 starsPros: very fast shipper! Overall the item is nice, the hardware and zippers seem to function well and like they will last. The engraving is really nice and accurate. Cons: the color is more of a yellow undertone than the pictured red undertone. I am pretty disappointed with this, because I got this color to match my significant other’s shoes somewhat. It was soft packaged which was also a disappointment after spending that much, you’d think they’d want to protect the product more. It does have some imperfections and scuffs in the leather already, I’m not sure if it was from shipping or it was already like that when made, either way it’s also disappointing because this is a gift and was listed as such. Further notes: please keep in mind I did not bring these issues up to the business and I do not plan on returning it.

5 out of 5 starsI love this travel duffle. The leather handles and accents are substantial. It comes with a shoulder strap. The only improvement I would make is a trolley sleeve.

5 out of 5 starsA very good product and it has come in an extremely timely manner. Giving it as a gift to a friend in Europe. Gave it a four instead of a 5 as stitching appeared a little frayed on very small part on front side where lettering is.
