    Item left US by USPS 21.Oct 23.59 but according to UK Parcelforce items never arrived in UK. In touch with seller, told I need to make the claim, have requested them to make a claim and refund me, I have now requested refund via Paypal. 7th Nov item still not tracked from 21st Oct.
