Freeze Dried Foods
Welcome to LadyDi’sMeal Kreations. I am offering freeze dried meals as a way for people to store prepared food in their pantries for many years. Up to 25 years! No refrigeration is needed.
All meals are prepared in my home kitchen, freeze dried and packaged in light resistant Mylar bags to maintain flavor and nutritional value.
My meals are created indoors and I maintain a clean and sanitary environment with strict protocols on food handling and packaging. Also,as I am the sole employee in this business, please bear with me as I strive to keep items in stock. Please also keep in mind that depending on the item, the freeze drying process can take anywhere from 36-72 hours to complete. I need to make sure that all parts of the meal are completely dry to avoid any issues with the food. I appreciate your patience in this matter.
Because this is a home-based business, I am not subject to inspection and items have not been tested by local or state health agencies. Just add hot or boiling water and let the food rehydrate and you have your ready-to-eat meal. Start rehydration process with 1/2 to 1 cup boiling water and add additional water until YOUR desired consistency is reached.
I recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place away from moisture. When moisture is added, product will rehydrate.
