I am absolutely amazed at the quality of craftsmanship and am over the moon with the style of glasses case which is so much easier to use than standard cases. The case is nice and firm which protects the glasses and having a zip makes it easier to get the specs in and out. The colour (wine) is lovely and i will be ordering more soon. In photos the colour looks pink/cerise but the actual colour is definitely wine. I wish I had found Lakes Leather Studio sooner. Thank you Kim

Shipping
I will normally ship goods as soon as payment is received and cleared but always within 3 working days of cleared payment.
Please note that my goods are shipped from England in the United Kingdom.
I send all items out by Royal Mail for UK shipments and Royal Mail International Airmail for items going overseas.
International Shipping:
If choosing Standard shipping, you will NOT receive a tracking number. This is only available if you select the tracked shipping option.
Standard shipping can take up to 20 business days for delivery, although in most cases it will be delivered sooner than expected.
Etsy will automatically generate an estimated delivery date based on what they think delivery will be, although this does not take into account a global pandemic, so delivery dates may be different to that stated.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any import taxes, fees or delays in the postal system.
I always post as quickly as possible and I obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office. A copy of this is attached to an email and sent to the customer when confirming the order has been sent.
A tracking number will also be provided ONLY if the upgrade option has been selected.
