Returns
I do not accept returns as these are personalised and custom orders. We don't accept frame returns or exchanges as they are made to order and can not be resold, please make sure you order the correct size.
Cancellations
I only accept cancellations within 3 hours due to me starting your custom order.
Damaged Items
We are happy to offer replacements for damaged items, these need to be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Change of Delivery Address
These can only be done if the order has not already been sent. Please contact me to check.
Customers Giving Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please check your address or a recipients address, we can't offer free replacement orders if you have put the wrong address on your order. We'll do our best to update the address before sending but our printing system is automated and they are often labelled and packed before you get a despatch email, we send out 100's each week and its impossible to find a individual order.
We cannot issue a refund or free replacements if the wrong address was wrong when you ordered.
We have had to take this stance due to the large number of claims for refunds, this is now our address policy without any exceptions.
