What are the care instructions?
Handle gently by turning the garment inside out and washing at maximum 30 degrees. It is recommended to wash separately or together with garments of similar color. For best results, we recommend air drying. Do not use a tumble dryer.
Can you do the special things I have in mind?
I can do a lot of the things you sent me a picture of. We may need an extra 1-2 days to have high quality designs.
What is your estimated processing time and delivery time?
I prepare your orders within 2-5 business days on average and deliver them to the cargo. Delivery time varies from 4-9 business days on average.
Can I make changes to my order?
I start preparing your orders within 24 hours on average. You can contact me for this and I will be happy to help you if it is still not too late.
Can I change my address?
Of course, you can make address changes if you contact me until you deliver your order to the cargo. Our processing time generally varies between 2-5 business days.
