All of our packages are sent with priority shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes a maximum of 3 days to arrive for domestic orders.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as damage, please contact us within 3 weeks of receiving your gift box. Make sure to include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your order doesn’t arrive and is lost during shipping, please notify us within 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will replace your order.

If the error is on our part, whether due to a faulty item or damage during shipping, we will cover all costs for a replacement, including shipping fees.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipment fees. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing your order. Reshipment must be arranged within 7 days of the return. Refunds for incorrect addresses are not available, but partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

First, check with your local postal carrier or neighbors to see if they may have received the package. If the package is still not found, contact your local post office for further assistance. While we will do our best to help, we may not be able to cover the costs of replacements for packages marked as "delivered."

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, as we try to ship your products as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. However, you can always return it, please see our return policy.
