WHO WE ARE
Lavatrom is a small manufacturing workshop. We don't buy our tools — we build them. The fractal burning equipment we use on every piece was designed, machined and tested in our own shop, and that is also what we service and supply parts for.
HOW A PIECE IS MADE
The pattern is not printed or engraved. It is burned into the wood by electricity, which finds its own path through the grain — branching, splitting, never repeating. What you see on a finished piece happened once and cannot be reproduced. After burning, each piece is cleaned, sanded and finished by hand.
MADE TO ORDER
Wood species, size and finish can be discussed before we start. Message us with what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done and how long it takes. Because every handmade piece is produced for one buyer and is one of a kind, handmade items are not eligible for return or exchange — so please ask us anything you are unsure about before you order.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERY
Dear Customers, the package may be damaged during transport by cargo companies. Check the item you purchased in front of the cargo company before you receive it. Do not take delivery of damaged packages. Make a report to the cargo personnel, take a photo or video, and share the report and photos/videos of the damaged parcel with us. We will send you a new product free of charge within 5-7 working days. This procedure follows consumer rights protection legislation and our company's policy.
