Remember, all items are handmade so they are not always exact the same as in pictures, there may be a small difference e.g. in pattern or colour. If an item does not meet buyer’s expectation, the buyer may return it within 14 days of delivery after prior contacting the seller. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A buyer is responsible for inspecting a parcel and its content with a courier while delivery. If the buyer notices damage to any of the items, a damage report must be writen by a courier. Only then a full refund or exchange for a new item may occur. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all of shipping costs in case of returning or exchange for a new item.
